What’s the catch?	None. Seriously. Just pay for the image you want and you are free to use it in any way you’d like. Zero strings attached.
Do I need to give attribution?	Nope.
Do I need to sign anything?	Nope.
Is there a license to buy?	Nope.
What markets can I use these in?	Any market, anywhere on earth.
What media can I use these for?	Any media.
Are these high or low res?	Every single image on this site was taken at the highest available resolution for the camera with which it was taken.
Why are all the images the same price?	To make it easier for YOU!
Why do the mega-panoramas cost more?	They are created by combining 3 or more images, so we felt it was fair!
Do I need model releases?	Nope! Models in every posed image have already signed model releases. People or groups in public places, do not require model releases.
Do you have permits for location images?	Yes. All interiors requiring permission, have permits or don’t require one. Images of exteriors, taken from public property, do not require permits.
I bought an image but was sent the wrong one	If it was an error on our side, contact us and we would send you the correct image at no additional cost.
What if I purchased the wrong image	We cannot be responsible for operator error. Double check your selections before buying!
I don’t see what I need!	Send us your image needs and we might post them on the Wish List page. If enough people vote on it, we’ll create it for you on a non-exclusive basis. We can also create an exclusive use image just for you. Check our Commissions page!
Do you only offer non-exclusive images?	No! You can submit a spec commission idea or commission us outright. Please check the Commissions page.
Do you accept commissions?	Yes! Please check our Commissions page.
What kinds of images will you create for commissions?	Any and all! Our only exception is pornographic content. Not our wheelhouse.
Will you do nudes?	We will do artistic nudes for paid commissions only.
How do I get free stuff?	Just buy 10 images and you’ll get your choice of a cloud or texture bundle. There are dozens of bundles to choose from. For every 10 images you buy, you get another free bundle. FYI, all the images in every bundle are also available for purchase individually.
I just want the bundles	Then you can buy just the bundles! With up to TEN images in each bundle, that’s a $250 value for just $75.
Other stock sites have images for free	We have a different business model.
I hate being added to mailing lists	So do we!!! That’s why our subscription service is OPT IN.
I hate being spammed by mailing lists	So do we!!! We just want to let you know when new images and/or free stuff is available. You don’t have to subscribe if you’re not interested.
What about memberships?	We do not currently have a membership program. That might change in the future.
What would your membership include?	TBD! But we want to continue rewarding our best clients, so possibly first access to new content, exclusive access to selected images for members only, that sort of thing. Nobody would be required to join the membership to have access to everything else on the site.
If I don’t like the image, can I get my money back?	Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital material, we do not offer returns or refunds on any image already downloaded.
